Very-high-energy neutrinos and gamma rays from Seyfert galaxies

Since the discovery of astrophysical neutrinos by the IceCube observatory, many efforts have been made to find their sources. Taking the excess of neutrinos in the direction of NGC 1068 into account, Seyfert galaxies are neutrino source candidates. I will overview the recent progress in this field.
